The ground floor is open plan, you enter the cottage via the parking area, there is a step up to the front door which lead to an open plan arrangement.  The ground floor is tiled throughout in a beige tile edged in grey.  There is also a downstairs shower room with shower, toilet and sink.   The lounge is to your left as you enter.  There are a two and three seater sofa .  These are both situated round a yew coffee table, which is in front of a tv with freeview and dvd player.  There is a good selection of games and books in the book case.    Infront of you as you enter is the dining area,  which consists of an antique yew table with 6 matching upholstered chairs.       The kitchen is to your right as you enter and is exquisitely finished.  There is a fridge, full size electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.  There is also a freezer available.
